The Assistant Floor Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the management of day-to-day operations and processes for producing items on the production floor through the team of Production Associates. While ensuring all paperwork is completed properly, this role communicates any issues to management and/or the Floor Supervisor while working to improve issues. This role also serves as primary backup to the Floor Supervisor.
