Job Title: Fuel Cell Mechanic

Job Description

Currently hiring a Fuel Cell Aircraft Mechanic in Jacksonville, FL.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years performing assembly and disassembly operations on aircraft fuel systems and equipment in accordance with DOD, manufacturer, company, supplier, and other directives. Conduct operational checks of aircraft fuel systems and components, assemble and test articles for system testing, development, and modification of aircraft. Read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, process specifications, technical manuals, and written instructions. Use a variety of precision measuring instruments and operate ground support equipment such as hydraulic test carts and nitrogen/oxygen carts. Perform fuel/defuel, pencil drain, leak check on fuel systems. Identify types of corrosion, clean and treat them, and document maintenance and repair actions effectively. Order parts and tools as required.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in JACKSONVILLE, Florida.

Work Environment

Work environment involves a standard Monday to Friday schedule from 6 AM to 2:30 PM with occasional weekend and extended hours during the week. The setting is a MRO hangar, which is fast-paced and production-driven.
