Citigroup Financial Management Business Officer-VP (Hybrid) in Jacksonville, Florida
The Transformation Program Management (TPM) COS / Business Office is responsible for workforce and financial management, data Analysis, reporting, and process Improvement activities. The function coordinates across HR, Finance, Controllers, Third Party Management, Continuity of Business and Risk and Control teams. The function supports TPM, which governs the Consent Order execution with PM procedures, process, and reporting.
This role engages in a broad array of TPM Business Office activities. The role partners with many stakeholders within and outside of TPM such as: leadership team members and staff, global HR and Risk/Control partners, and the COO COS community. To be successful, the candidate needs financial, headcount skills, strong analytical skills, use critical thinking, be self-directed and have self-confidence.

Responsibilities
Review monthly TPM financials - expenses, variance analysis, forecasts, management reviews
Perform workforce management - track joiners/leavers, headcount analysis/forecasting, track Third party managed services, location strategy, manage org change, maintain org charts
Support recruiting efforts - analyze hiring trends, review open roles, facilitate recruiting process
Track department compliance with all training requirements
Prepare ad-hoc reports, metrics, presentations, and internal communications as required
Provide analysis and critical thinking by defining problems, developing creative solutions, and making recommendations
Support Model Risk Management Reviews, Continuity of Business, Risk and Control activities
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, display good judgment, escalate appropriately
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrate consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications
Financial and workforce management skills – knowledge of Citi systems a plus
Strong Microsoft Office skills; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and SharePoint
Analytic skills including trend analysis and data quality validation; ability to package analyzed data in graphics with insightful commentary
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Project management skills are a plus
Self-starter, able to produce with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment .
5+ years’ experience in business office / chief of staff office and at least 2 years in managing headcount, budgets, and financials
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
