Job Title: Electrician
Job Description
We are seeking experienced electricians with a minimum of 5+ years of experience, preferably in commercial settings. The current projects involve distribution, manufacturing, shipping, and receiving facilities. Initial work will be on local projects in Jacksonville for up to 90 days, with the expectation of statewide travel once trust is established. Notice will be given in advance for any travel, and lodging, transportation, and per diem for meals will be provided.
Must Haves
Work on projects related to distribution, manufacturing, shipping, and receiving facilities
Travel throughout the state after initial 90 days of local projects
Handle commercial structures including office buildings, restaurants, and strip malls
Perform both indoor and occasional outdoor electrical work
Utilize general construction hand and power tools
Minimum of 5+ years of electrical experience, preferably in commercial settings
Proficiency in electrical systems, conduit bending, wiring, troubleshooting, and pulling wire
Experience with conduit, panel systems, and motor control circuits
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Skills in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical wiring and systems
Knowledge of low voltage, switchgear, lighting, power panels, termination testing, switchboards, and motor control
Work Environment
You will be working in commercial structures such as office buildings, restaurants, and strip malls, primarily indoors with occasional exterior work. The job requires the use of basic hand tools and power tools such as hammers and drills.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00
