Robert Half Director of Marketing in Jacksonville, Florida

Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Director of Marketing to join our team in the dentistry industry, located in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the brand image of multiple dental surgery offices. You will be tasked with assessing competitive trends and creating innovative ideas to enhance advertising efforts. Your strategic thinking, creativity, and technological acumen will be essential in achieving our goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategy and persona for each surgery center.

• Execute SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, television, and display advertising campaigns.

• Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics of digital campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Use data-driven insights to make recommendations, refine strategies, improve results, and optimize budget.

• Gather insights and identify customer sentiments. Collaborate with the marketing team to proactively address issues or opportunities.

• Oversee and assist in the implementation of HubSpot, instrument conversion points, and optimize user funnels.

• Build and maintain a strong online presence for each office. Ensure a positive and authentic brand image. Foster customer engagement in-person and online.

• Monitor social media comments, messages, and inquiries to ensure that all are addressed promptly. Requirements • Possession of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the dentistry industry.

• Proficiency in using CRM and database systems.

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems.

• Ability to utilize Facebook Insights and Google AdWords for marketing purposes.

• Previous experience in creating and implementing successful advertisements.

• A demonstrated ability to increase brand awareness.

• Experience in campaign planning and execution.

• Knowledge of collateral management.

• Familiarity with design controls.

• Experience in both off-page and on-page SEO.

• Proven track record in lead generation campaigns.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Ability to strategize and make data-driven decisions.

• Knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
