We are a new parking lot striping franchise in Jacksonville, FL that opened in May of 2023. In the beginning, this position starts as a part-time role with the intent on moving to a full-time position as our business increases. We anticipate flexible hours in the beginning. Qualifications:

• Prior painting experience preferred.
• Will need to work with and possibly manage a team
• Mechanically and practically minded.
• Previous labor or physical work experience is preferred.
• Interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to stringent timelines.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work within the 1-800-STRIPER customer management system.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Class B or CDL encouraged.
• This position requires working outdoors in the elements and in confined spaces. This position also requires evening and night work. If unable to do these: DO NOT APPLY.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts painting of parking lots using proper equipment.
• Operates Company Truck and Complies with DOT safety procedures.
• Uses Technology software.
• Responsibility for managing team as needed
• Communicate with customers as needed.
