Citigroup Business Lead Analyst - C13 - JACKSONVILLE in Jacksonville, Florida

Job Description:

The Business Management Lead Analyst supports the USPB Technology organization in areas of Executive support, Organizational Management, culture and communications. This position will produce management reporting, develop and execute communications, craft presentations and support special assignments. The ideal candidate is flexible and comfortable driving progress through ambiguity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage special projects assigned by the Business Execution Head. Project responsibilities including milestone tracking, task and actions management, co-ordination and execution of plan within required timelines and to stakeholder quality expectations.

  • Independently manage projects / programs as needed, which may include strategic initiatives, special assignments, and execution of management directives

  • Support the Business Execution Head for ad hoc presentation needs involving (but not limited to) training, culture, compliance, and operating models

  • Establish best practices and principles for the business execution and CIO organization including building a library of presentation template for executive routines.

  • This position requires a candidate with general management skills, leadership abilities and administrative experience, who can manage and lead a variety of activities geared at helping manage a complex organization with resources and interfacing with multiple lines of businesses. This includes building ties with other business teams.

  • Exhibits sound and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills, and the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision

  • Foster and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and Business execution team members

  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision

  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy

  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions

  • Proficiency in working with Adobe Creative Suite and MS PowerPoint Tools.

  • Must be extremely organized, motivated and a self-starter

  • Ability to prioritize is key as is ability to juggle several tasks at once.

  • Must work well under pressure, enthusiastic, hard-working and positive

  • Team player and relationship management skills

  • Ability to relate effectively up, down, and across the organization

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
