Job Description

Reviews the invoices/disbursements (around 80-100 per day) to determine what level of approval is needed and determines if the submission can be paid based on the statute provisions.

 Ensures proper documentation accompanies the invoices/disbursement for audit purposes for both standard invoices/disbursements.

 Reviews duplicate invoices in the internal processing system, and research to ensure that the invoice was not previously entered.

 Experience processing expenses and reimbursements

• Experience with GL coding

This position pays between $19 and $21.50/hr.

Skills and Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

 3 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience

 Experience processing expenses and reimbursements

 Experience processing reimbursements over $1,000

 Experience with General Ledger coding

 Strong Attention to Detail

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Bachelors Degree

 Non-profit/ Grant accounting experience null
