Who we’re looking for

Toyota Motor Manufacturing in Tennessee is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Process Engineer.

The primary responsibility of this role is to support future automation and technology improvements to improve OA and cost.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the person in this role will support the ENGN Department objective to improve quality, OA, and cost.

What you’ll be doing

• Parts Transportation Automation

• Part Traceability

• PLC Program Updates

• Part Quality Investigation and Improvements

• OA Improvements

• Casting process analysis

  What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)

• Entry-level to 2 years of post-grad experience

• Experience in a team environment (club team, internship, co-op)

• Highly motivated and self-driven

• Ability to have a flexible work schedule to cover weekend and nonproduction projects

• Experience with hands on complex troubleshooting

• Must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident
