Six Flags Parking Crew Team Member in Jackson, New Jersey

Job Summary: Drive on over to Six Flags, to work as a Parking Crew member within our Admissions Department! You will be directing vehicles from one of our Toll Plazas to their appropriate parking areas. You will be at the forefront of our guests' experience, ensuring smooth parking operations and leaving a lasting positive impression. Your role goes beyond directing traffic; You'll be a friendly face welcoming guests, aiding any questions they may have, and contributing to the overall enjoyment of their visit. You will uphold our commitment to safety by managing traffic flow, adhering to established protocols, and prioritizing the wellbeing of our guests and team members. You will be a part of a team working together to get the Guests parked and, on their way, to enjoy a day at one of our parks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests as they enter and leave the park.

  • Actively directing traffic to where arrivals need to go.

  • Ensuring traffic flows smoothly through the parking lots.

  • Assisting guests with any questions they may have.

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

How You Will Do It: .

  • Must possess basic technological literacy.

  • Outgoing and friendly demeanor.

  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours

Skills & Qualifications:

  • MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS

  • Must be at 18 years of age or older.

  • Must be able to stand/walk for up to 6 hours at a times and as many as 14 hours a day.

  • Must be able to occasionally lift at least 25 lbs consistently and carry 25lbs over various surfaces in all types of weather conditions.

  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Must be professional, energetic, self-motivated, able to motivate others, and have a positive attitude.

  • Must possess basic technological skills.

  • Must be able to read, write, understand and speak English.

  • Must possess strong organizational skills and be able to multitask.

  • Must communicate well with others in a polite and courteous manner.
