This position will serve as a full-stack developer to produce scalable software solutions. They will be part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. The developer will be expected to move between projects as priorities change. This role will work across all layers of the application front end, middle layer and DB layer including development frameworks and third-party libraries.

Essential Job Functions:

• Design, develop, test, and debug new and existing software applications and components.

• Work with languages and technologies such as C#, .NET Core, JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue), AWS, and Azure.

• Write technical specifications based on business requirements.

• Collaborate in Agile processes and contribute to the design of technical solutions.

• Lead software design meetings, identify solutions for technical challenges, and mentor team members.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies.

• Ensure software quality through comprehensive testing, security, and stability measures.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• 6+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 1 year in a senior role.

• Senior/Expert-level in .NET Core

• Senior/Expert-level in any of the most prominent front-end frameworks. Vue and/or React preferred

• Senior/Expert-level in Transact SQL and strong experience in optimizing SQL Server stored procedures, views and objects

• Proven experience with working on high complexity projects

• Strong proficiency in object-oriented design, web development, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure).

• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins.

• Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, and highly available infrastructure. Solid experience in Kubernetes and Docker is strongly preferred

• Experience with messaging frameworks and infrastructure is preferred

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$120,000.00 - $140,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
