Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in CS/EE (MS Preferred) or comparable years of industry experience. Expertise in performance tuning of web applications with a deep understanding of profiling, network optimization, code optimization and environment optimization. Familiar with AWS, lambda and Cloud Infrastructure. Ability to solve problems from first principles and maintain focus on overarching objectives. Experience building search, query and/or analytic systems working with structured and unstructured data. Knowledge of cloud architecture principles. Experience with agile processes and rapid iterative development. Experience in developing distributed systems at scale. Experience working in a dynamic and highly innovative environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; able to explain complex technical topics to both internal and external stakeholders with ease and in remote/distributed environments
