The Oracle Strategic Initiatives Group (O-SIG) is an organization with a mission to drive new business opportunities for the company. We work across Oracle teams, partners, and customers to accelerate the pace of innovation and to deliver new products and services for our partners and customers.

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager with expertise in Healthcare and Finance to spearhead Oracle’s initiative in developing a revolutionary new offering. This role will lead the integration of embedded finance for healthcare within Oracle applications, enhancing user experience across the US healthcare ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • As a Product Manager in the O-SIG team, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategy for the adoption and scalability of embedded finance solutions for healthcare.

  • Collaborate closely with internal product teams, external users, and healthcare partners to drive product innovation and market adoption.

  • Lead product and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and planning, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and customer needs for healthcare segment.

  • Drive the design of healthcare-specific enhancements and implementation to existing software architecture, establishing a scalable and efficient infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership in developing new products, services, or processes, ideally within the healthcare technology sector.

  • Extensive experience in dynamics between healthcare ecosystem players, especially Providers and Payers, with deep knowledge of industry challenges and best practices.

  • Executive experience within a regional healthcare provider, understanding operational intricacies and regulatory landscapes.

  • Track record of recommending and implementing strategic changes to enhance products, services, or processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to connect the dots between business/finance and healthcare.

  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8-12 years of experience in software engineering or related fields, with a demonstrated ability to drive complex technical projects.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $114,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
