TAC Manufacturing, Inc. in Jackson, Michigan is looking to directly hire Production and Assembly Associates for our team!

If you have high-volume parts assembly experience for a Tier 1 automotive supplier, we are looking for you!

We also have options for both 5-day 8-hour schedules as well as 4-day 10-hour schedules in some departments!

We are looking for the following experience:

• 1+ years of experience in a high volume manufacturing environment (specifically, small parts assembly)

• Familiarity with standard work

• General understanding of lean manufacturing and concepts

• Required to work 3rd shift (9:00pm - 5:30am)

• Must be able to work overtime, including weekends and holidays
