Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves mechanical troubleshooting and repair (60%) with a focus on hydraulics and pneumatics, as well as electrical troubleshooting and repair (40%). The ideal candidate will be proficient in blueprint and schematic reading, and possess strong PLC troubleshooting and repair skills. Preventative maintenance is also a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repair on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

  • Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repair tasks.

  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

  • Troubleshoot and repair PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).

  • Carry out preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently.

Skills

  • 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.

  • Proficiency in working with 480 volt 3 phase electrical systems.

  • Strong understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics.

  • Ability to read and interpret schematics.

  • Journeyman license, card, or certification.

  • PLC troubleshooting experience.
