We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Facilities Integration Project Manager based in Issaquah, Washington, 98027, United States. This role involves leading complex Facilities initiatives, utilizing your strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking to overcome business, process, and construction challenges. You will be interacting with stakeholders at all levels and leading diverse cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex facilities initiatives, applying your problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.

• Utilize your strategic and analytical thinking to navigate business and process challenges.

• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from front-line staff to executive leadership, to ensure alignment of projects with institutional goals.

• Manage diverse cross-functional teams, possibly overseeing other project managers leading associated work streams.

• Drive the process of developing plans, executing work, resolving issues, communicating, and achieving the final results of each project.

• Utilize your competency with small-to-medium group facilitation and education to drive planning efforts and decision making.

• Ensure project goals and objectives are met within the agreed upon time, scope.

• Contribute to implementing a culture of improvement across the institution.

• Act as a liaison to ensure proper alignment of projects to institutional goals.

• Utilize your skills in Smartsheet, SharePoint, WebEx, Jira, Tableau, and other project management softwares

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management

• Experience with hospitals is highly preferred

• Familiarity with CRM systems is necessary.

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is crucial.

• Knowledge in project management software and systems is expected.

• Familiarity with Budget Processes is required.

• Strong Communication skills are a must.

• Experience in Construction industry is desirable.
