PACE Staffing Network Account Specialist in Issaquah, Washington

Our client, a global leader in sales, marketing, and brand development, is looking to fill a spot on their team for an Account Specialist to join their team in Issaquah, WA.

 

As an Account Specialist, you will be a key player in coordinating customer services and sales support efforts, working closely with an Account Manager to ensure seamless execution of sales programs. You'll contribute to office operations, focusing primarily on Costco and vendor sales initiatives. This role requires basic to intermediate skills in Outlook and Excel and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving. A positive "can-do" attitude, along with a willingness to do what it takes to provide great customer service, is essential for early success!

 

 

What You'll be Doing...

  • Providing exceptional administrative and sales support to Account Managers. You'll do this by reviewing written contracts and purchase orders to ensure compliance with agreements.
  • You'll be supporting business to business (B2B) customer relationships, this includes handling customer service and sales support for domestic clients with professionalism and enthusiasm, as well as assisting with shipments, working closely with outside vendors to meet deadlines, and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Supporting the Executive Sales Team in implementing sales strategies.
  • Occasionally, you'll also cross-train team members on sales procedures and processes.
  • You'll will also assist in driving new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information.

     

     

Here's what your work history needs to show as evidence that you're the right candidate....

  • A track record of strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills applied to both internal and external customers and vendors.
  • Familiarity with Costco programs and big box store business strategies.
  • Experience working within account management, customer service, and sales processes.
  • Leadership experience (personal or professional) and comfort with team collaboration.
  • Commitment to delivering "best in class" service with a solution-focused approach. You are dedicated to ensuring customers have a positive experience!
  • Frequent use of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

     

     

Here's the important details:

  • Location: Issaquah, WA (100% onsite)
  • Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
  • Pay range is between $50,000 and $52,000 depending on your experience doing this type of work. 
  • You must be able to meet their requirements for a criminal background check.
  • Benefits:

  • Vacation: 80 hours per year, starting to accrue on your first day.

  • Cell Phone Reimbursement: $75/month, upon signing the company's BYOD policy.
