Position Summary:

* This is an in person position located in Irvington, NY with some travel to NYC *

This position supports the Styling Team, and Brand Communications Team more broadly, to manage and coordinate web samples. Reporting into the Senior Brand Stylist, this position works closely with Styling and Production teams to plan, coordinate, and supply photography samples for all shoots including editorial, e-commerce, flats, and mannequin. The sample coordinator will also assist on sets as needed, both in-house at company headquarters and at third-party photography studios in NYC.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Sample Coordination & Tracking

Provide and track samples to Styling and Production teams to ensure prompt arrival and departure for style outs and photo shoots. Coordinate sample deliveries with Styling team, Production, in house teams, and external partners. Work directly with Sr and Jr Stylists to ensure correct samples are photographed in a timely manner. Work with Production to coordinate miscellaneous deliveries to and from shoots.

  1. Web Sample Ordering

Order and fulfill monthly web sample buy for Styling team to use across all shoots. Coordinate with Styling, Production Operations, and Sample Team to expedite samples as needed and track late samples monthly. Track updates throughout the season and order as needed. Fulfill seasonal shoe and accessory buy.

  1. Sample Organization

Maintain organization of web samples in styling closet daily. Receive new web samples from Sample Team and Global Sourcing. Maintain tidy and organized styling closet. Manage sample cleanouts. Manage, track, and organize shoe and accessory web samples.

  1. Data Management

Create content deliveries for SBI (ecommerce) shoots. Support Styling team to manage shot lists, file codes, and other data for photo shoots. Support Creative Director to manage shot lists for wholesale editorial needs. Track and resolve third party data issues via FLO and other data systems to ensure samples are shot in timely manner.

  1. Support Styling Team

Support Styling team on all assigned shoots as needed. Support Jr Stylist on wholesale SKU sets.

Required SkillsRequired Experience

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum 1-3 years experience working in a high-paced ecommerce photo studio or apparel brand as merchandise/sample coordinator, styling assistant, or related role.

  • Extremely detail-oriented with thorough time management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent proactive communicator and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams on multiple projects.

  • Proficiency with data management tools (knowledge of FLO and Figma a plus). Physically able to lift, carry, and transport items up to 25 pounds daily.

The hiring salary range for this role is $23.50- $26.50/Hr. dependent upon experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer competitive benefits including a generous clothing allowance and a wellness reimbursement program.
