Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Irving, Texas. This role is crucial to our operations within the Commercial and Multi-family HVAC industry and involves managing various projects and teams. The position is based in a dynamic workplace and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervising day-to-day operations on the job site to ensure an efficient workflow

• Leading and mentoring a team of HVAC technicians and installers

• Conducting regular meetings to communicate project goals and expectations to the team

• Coordinating and scheduling work to meet project milestones

• Ensuring all installations adhere to the highest quality and safety standards

• Managing client interactions, addressing concerns, and providing project updates

• Monitoring project progress and adjusting schedules as necessary for timely completion

• Inspecting work for adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards

• Resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction

• Maintaining accurate records of labor, materials, and project costs and preparing reports on project progress

Skills:

• Proficiency in Budget Processes and Communication

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and Commercial Property Management

• Experience with Multifamily Properties and Corporate & Commercial operations

• Technical Certifications related to the industry.

Requirements • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role in a related field

• Strong understanding of budget processes and financial management

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Experience with HVAC systems or similar technical systems

• Familiarity with multifamily properties, corporate and commercial environments

• Proficiency in commercial real estate and commercial property management

• Relevant technical certifications are highly desirable

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate a team

• Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders

• Proficiency in project management software and other relevant IT tools.
