Our client is seeking a Program Manager for a 6-month contract in Irving, TX. You will be working an onsite schedule. We are seeking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the implementation of an important initiative within our digital product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and proven experience in managing cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale digital (hardware) projects. The Program Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the project plan, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of the Initiative in alignment with business objectives
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelors/4 Year Degree (minimum); Master’s degree a plus 3-6 years of experience
Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, Excel
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong relationship building skills and ability to drive a project forward
The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organization is critical for full scale management

Day to day
Work closely with the product and technical teams to develop a detailed project plan of all milestones, dependencies, etc. to ensure on-time delivery of product (includes development, operations, hardware, etc.)
Work with Cross-functional teams and vendors as additional inputs into the plan
Maintain and drive the E2E Plan with the team – driving accountability across all parties to meet deliverables
Maintain Dependencies between work streams, other programs and manage them
Re-plan (if needed) as team pivot strategy or when priorities change based on learnings (from tests)
Maintain/Update Visual detailed program plan, refresh command center on a regular basis
Ensure product, tech & UX teams are on track and meeting needs, escalate as needed
Work with product and technical leads and report on release plan progress
Manage ongoing status reports
Coordinate and manage the roll-out of self checkout across both banner stores, including verification of installation, status updates, and coordinating any issues
Coordinate and manage any technical issues that may arise in the field – reviewing dashboards and ensuring that stores are receiving the right level of support
Risks/Issue Management - Build/Maintain Risk/issue logs specifically for product development,
Action items: Maintain action items log, follow-up on action items
Resource planning : Work with product and Tech leaders, Maintain the resource plan
Help product leaders with budget management
