Our client, located in Irving, TX is currently hiring for Mortgage Payment Operations Associates to review and process payment information in a fast paced setting! Rate: $19.50 - $20.00 Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Overtime as needed Candidates must be local to the area as the role will be onsite.

salary: $19.5 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Servicing, supporting, and mitigating risks for property loans and tax information

• Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis to ensure client satisfaction

• Research, collect and fill gaps for missing data to ensure accuracy

• Utilize various tools to analyze and manipulate data according to defined business procedures

• Adhere to all required company and client driven standards and/or Service Level Agreements

• Review and compare tax documents and payments to ensure all data matches

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
