In addition to supporting and overseeing inspections, the supervisor will be called upon to directly perform

i nspections themselves. This further highlights the dynamic nature of the position, which can involve a range of responsibilities beyond inspections and is subject to change without notice.

  • Perform scheduled inspections.

  • Seven to ten years of documented experience in the Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Suppression industry performing service and repair to Fire Alarm Sprinkler and Suppression systems. 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. 

  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends to meet customer requirements. Valid Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Suppression license.

  • Knowledge of test equipment, multi-meter, digital analyzer, and commissioning devices

  • A v a i l a b l e for l o c a l / r e g i on a l t r a v e l , w h i c h may i n c l u de n i ghts a n d w e e k ends t o a cc o mm o date c u s to m e r 's sc hedu l e.

  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills by consistently communicating with the district staff and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding through communication devices, such as smart phones and laptop computers Obtain customer signature upon completed service call assignment.

  • Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to learn quickly.

  • Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements.

  • Able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test.

  • Retain any licenses that are required by National, State and Local codes.

Preferred

  • NICET Level II certification
