Our client, located in Irving, TX is currently hiring for Financial Services Representatives for their call center. This is a great opportunity to gain more experience in the financial field! Locations: Irving, TX 75063 (Hybrid role) Rate: $18.50 per hour Hours: Must be flexible between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Please online for consideration!

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 8 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner while attempting to assist with a resolution of the caller's tax issue

• Leverage a communication “scripts” when handling different topics

• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

• Activity documenting discussions of call and leverage internal tools for next level resolution needs

• Ability to work in a structured, fast paced environment

• Will be required to work onsite 1 day per week after training is completed
