RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor, identify, and correct the most-complex software defects to maintain fully functioning applications software.

  • Partner with HRLT members to understand Business and HR strategy, advise and build an HR Technology strategy to support long-term strategic objectives.

  • Develop existing and new applications by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement. Develop new applications to meet customer requirements.

  • Specify, develop, and test HR data collection procedures and tools within an area of HR practice to meet defined key principles and ensure compliance with external requirements.

  • Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of system procedures, resolving complex or contentious queries and issues and enabling others to take appropriate actions.

  • Communicate the local action plan; explain how this relates to the function's strategy and action plan and to the broader organization's mission and vision; motivate people to achieve local business goals.

  • Develop and/or deliver budget plans with guidance from senior colleagues.

  • Identify shortcomings in existing business practices, then suggest and implement improvements while developing and delivering projects or a work stream within the organization's change management program. Involves working with guidance from senior colleagues.

  • Support in detecting and analyzing security incidents, including attacks, breaches, and identified vulnerabilities, and remediate any security gaps in line with the security incident management procedure.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Level

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 10 plus years of substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level.

  • 5 or more years of experience in planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives
