Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist in the hospitality industry, based in Irving, Texas. As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will manage and administer employee benefits programs, provide exceptional service to employees, and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans.

• Address benefits-related inquiries from employees and resolve any issues to provide a positive experience.

• Coordinate and facilitate the annual open enrollment process, including communicating with employees, providing education, and assisting with elections.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits.

• Manage relationships with benefits providers and brokers, negotiate plan renewals, and evaluate new benefits offerings.

• Analyze benefits utilization and costs, prepare reports, and make recommendations for plan design and cost containment.

• Develop and distribute benefits communication materials to keep employees informed about their benefits options and any changes.

• Promote and administer employee wellness programs to enhance overall employee health and well-being.

• Conduct benefits training sessions for new hires and provide ongoing education for current employees.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of benefits plans, enrollment data, and employee information. Requirements • Candidate must have proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is a must

• Should have experience with Ceridian

• Knowledge of Dayforce is required

• Must be adept at HRMS

• Proficiency in About Time software is needed

• Must have experience in Benefit Functions

• Claim Administration skills are necessary

• Must have experience in Compensation Administration

• Compliance knowledge and experience is a prerequisite.
