About the role:
RCTS, an ALS global company in Irving, Texas, is a leader in the field of clinical testing with an opening for full-time Clinical Research Recruiters (CRRs) providing call center customer service and subject recruitment for clinical studies. The successful candidate will join a team that provides clinical testing services to many of the world's best-known consumer product companies. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Daytime shift, 9:00am - 6:00pm
Responsibilities
About you: :
Generating call lists based on study qualifications
Making outbound calls to screen potential study participants (no cold calling or selling)
Taking inbound calls and providing assistance to the caller
Scheduling appointments for participants on clinical studies
Making reminder calls for study visits
Data entry for appointments and participant applications
Other duties as assigned by management or Lead Recruiter
Required Qualifications:
At least one year of experience in high volume outbound calling is required
Must live in the Irving or Mid-Cities area (H.E.B., Arlington, Farmers Branch, etc.)
Must be willing to commit to a stable, long-term position with a great team
Enjoy providing great customer service
Experience within a high volume call center environment
Have a pleasant, clear and professional telephone voice.
Appreciates attention to detail
Basic computer experience required
Physical Demands:
Occasionally required to stand
Occasionally required to walk
Frequently required to sit
Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
Rarely required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
Continually required to talk or hear
While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
The employee must occasionally lift and /or move up to 25 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision; Distance vision; Color vision; Peripheral vision; Depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Job duties require prolonged sitting, speaking, computer usage, and the ability to read and fill out computerized screening documents.
Specialized equipment, machines, or vehicles used: Yes-telephone headsets
