Art Director – Automotive (Contract)

Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite in Irving, TX

30-40 hours per week

Position Overview:

Our client, an award-winning agency with recent new business wins, is seeking an experienced Art Director to join their creative team. The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual skills and the ability to craft compelling stories through digital campaigns. If you have a sharp eye for clean design, excellent typographic skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you. Automotive industry experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for digital campaigns, including social, email, and web.

• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand standards and maintain a cohesive visual identity.

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and other team members to create impactful advertising campaigns.

• Work across multiple platforms, focusing on digital design while maintaining a clean, thoughtful approach.

• Handle end-to-end project execution, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and are on-brand.

  Requirements

Art Director – Automotive (Contract)

Required Qualifications:

• Agency Experience: Proven experience working in an advertising or marketing agency is required.

• Automotive Industry Experience: MUST have prior experience creating campaigns for automotive clients.

• Digital Expertise: Strong portfolio showcasing digital design across social media, email marketing, and web platforms.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Storytelling and Conceptual Skills: Ability to create compelling, story-driven campaigns.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with project management tools like WorkFront or ServiceNow.
