Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Applications Engineer to join their team. As an Applications Engineer, you will be part of the technical support department supporting key customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a passion for learning new technologies, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Applications Engineer

Location: Irving, TX (50% travel required)

Pay Range: $32 - $45 per hour

What's the Job?

• Perform software and hardware training for key customers in the Irving, TX area.

• Frequently travel to conduct training for major manufacturing companies across the US.

• Provide technical support to customers virtually and in-person.

• Create and edit training material and technical documentation.

• Assist the regional sales team in providing support for local customers.

What's Needed?

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable speaking before small groups.

• Proficient with MS Office.

• Eager to learn new skills for modern advanced technologies.

• Experience with 3D engineering software is a plus.
