ManpowerGroup Site Aquisition Manager II in Irvine, California

Our client, a leading telecommunications provider, seeks a Site Acquisition Manager to join their growing team. As a Site Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in securing cell tower sites for network expansion.

Job Title: Site Aquisition Manager II

Location: Irvine, CA

Pay Range: $45-49/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Manage all aspects of site acquisition for assigned projects, from initial planning to permit approvals.

  • Secure agreements with landowners and service providers to ensure timely site acquisition.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, engineering) and external partners (architects, lawyers).

  • Monitor project progress and address challenges to meet deadlines and budget goals.

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive site acquisition documentation.

What’s Needed?

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in site acquisition, project management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience securing cell tower sites and navigating regulatory approvals.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (a plus).
