We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in IT support, with a strong background in both Help Desk and Desktop environments. This role requires extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and a variety of IT ticketing systems. The IT Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users across multiple platforms, including Windows, MacOS, and various software applications.

responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, networking, and peripherals.

  • Manage and resolve IT tickets using systems like Freshdesk, ServiceNow, or equivalent.

  • Support and troubleshoot Windows 7, 10, and 11 operating systems, as well as macOS environments.

  • Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Office 365, Adobe DC, Microsoft Teams, and other enterprise software.

  • Set up, configure, and maintain VPN clients, ensuring secure and stable remote access for users.

  • Support and manage peripherals including copiers, printers, scanners, BYOD devices, and eFax systems.

  • Handle IT Add/Move/Change requests efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DNS, DHCP, SFTP, SSO, and other network services.

  • Utilize remote access platforms to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

  • Demonstrate familiarity with LAN/WAN technologies and cabling, providing support as needed.

  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining a high level of customer service.

  • Collaborate effectively within a team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.
