Description We are seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in Irvine, California. As part of our team, your role will be pivotal in transitioning the Finance department to a more proactive source of information for daily business oversight. You will interact with managers across various operating departments, working closely with the VP of FP& A.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecast processes to develop a comprehensive and achievable financial plan.

• Coordinate the flow of data between locations and develop a robust reporting process.

• Take charge of variance analysis, collect data, and provide insightful reports for management to make informed business decisions.

• Build and maintain a best-in-class global forecasting and analysis framework.

• Assist in managing a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

• Assist in compiling annual bottom-up budgets, forecasts, and business plans.

• Leverage your skills in 3M, Accounting Software Systems, Adaptive Insights, CRM, EPM, and other relevant software to drive efficient accounting functions.

• Oversee the annual budget and budget processes for the business unit.

• Contribute to capital management decisions using your expertise and knowledge of industry trends. Requirements • Proficient in 3M methodology and its application in financial planning and analysis

• Extensive experience with Accounting Software Systems and their utilization in financial management

• Skilled in using Adaptive Insights for business planning

• Familiarity with CRM systems and their role in financial planning and analysis

• Proficiency in EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) and its role in financial planning

• Ability to handle Accounting Functions efficiently and accurately

• Experience in preparing and managing Annual Budgets

• In-depth understanding of Budget Processes and their role in financial planning

• Ability to work with different Business Units and manage financial planning across them

• Experience in Capital Management and its implications on financial planning and analysis.
