Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $40/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Location: Remote (US)

What’s a typical day as Project Coordinator? You’ll be:

• Providing administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and addressing routine information requests.

• Gathering, compiling, and verifying information, entering it accurately into documents and office systems.

• Managing vendor and Healthcare Professional account set-ups, contracts, and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with Johnson and Johnson Policies and Procedures.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Hold an Associate’s degree or have equivalent work experience, with 3-5 years in project coordination (Required)

• Possess strong MS Office skills including Powerpoint and Excel (intermediate to advanced)

• Possess strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and can multitask effectively.

• Have strong verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
