About the Job:

The Program Manager is a key role within Taco Bell's Marketing Operations team. This role will be primarily responsible for actively leading and managing the end-to-end project/program plan(s) of a key Marketing category and core menu teams inclusive of (but not limited to) the scope, timelines, budget, and cross-functional resources required, while proactively mitigating risks that may arise to ensure all aspects of the program are delivered successfully.

In this position, the program manager will work collaboratively within multiple category/core teams, led by a Team lead to develop and execute against the team's Marketing plans (in-year and future time periods). This role will work across our Marketing function and broader organization to identify and engage with stakeholders, capture requirements, develop workplans, lead status meetings, develop project/program metrics, tools/artifacts, and develop leadership stakeholder communication documents that demonstrate planning, project health, highlight blockers/risks, and progress against initiatives.

The Program Manager will report to the Sr Manager of Marketing Operations. With this role, the opportunities are endless as a key team member on the Marketing team, leading the way in terms of how we evolve project delivery within the Marketing organization.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Oversee and actively manage the delivery of work against select core Marketing pillars from the initial phases of the brand calendar development / ideation to deployment actively manage interdependencies.

  • Work closely with the Lead to outline the key work streams and oversee progress against the work, supporting team lead on progress, key deliverables, and identification of key risks.

  • Lead stakeholder & project team meetings and help drive content/key messages for meetings with Senior Leadership (and leads the meetings).

  • Accountable for planning, facilitating, and tracking assigned initiatives to ensure they remain on track, including monitoring progress, reporting updates, and managing Monday.com dashboards to provide teams and senior leadership with clear visibility into project and program status.

  • Develop and facilitate detailed workplans to inform quarterly business reviews, ensuring alignment between high-level business KPIs and actionable execution strategies, while also supporting the annual planning process to drive long-term initiative development and team planning for future calendar years.

  • Proactively anticipate, escalate, and resolve complex issues by identifying roadblocks, proposing solutions, and defining mitigation strategies to ensure seamless team delivery.

  • Document ways of working and decision management, communication within the team

  • Champion development of program management within Marketing, developing portfolio capabilities and tools to better manage the work, collaborating across the PM team.

  • Collaborate with Taco Bell, cross-functional leaders, and the change management office to inform team efforts, address key blockers, and enhance ways of working by establishing program management tools and best practices.

Is This You?

  • At least 7+ years related program management work experience with knowledge in Agile and Change Management methodologies.

  • BA/BS degree, MBA, a plus

  • Strong expertise in program management system, Monday.com

  • Strong judgment, issues management, and problem analysis techniques

  • Positive, self-motivated and proactive attitude and detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills.

  • Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaborator

  • Experience driving work within Marketing organization / non-technology environments; specific knowledge of marketing and business practices

  • QSR/Fast Casual/Restaurant/Retail Industry Experience a plus

    Salary Range: $134,500 to $158,300 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
