ManpowerGroup Marketing Manager in Irvine, California
Our client, a distributor of a popular snack brand is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Marketing Team supporting marketing initiatives, digital media campaigns and advertising. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, CPG industry experience and more than 5 years of similar experience in consumer product marketing which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Irvine, California
Pay Rate: $110K + Bonus
What’s the Job?
Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including defining objectives, setting KPIs, budgeting, and measuring ROI.
Oversee the creation and publication of relevant, original, high-quality content the all the company's social media channels to ensure on-brand messaging.
Stay abreast of market trends and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities.
Oversee the marketing communication budget, allocating resources efficiently and effectively to achieve the team goals and ROI targets.
What’s Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
More than 5 years of experience in consumer product marketing experience, preferably in snack foods or confectionary foods.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
At least 3 years of leadership experience.
Bilingual in Japanese is a huge plus.
