The Manager, E-Drive Hardware and Software is tasked with leading the design and development activities for electrical drive systems and EV power electronics. This includes overseeing the specification of requirements, circuit layout, software, mechanical packaging, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The role involves managing new product development from conceptualization to delivery, focusing on design-for-manufacturing and assembly of in-house parts. The successful candidate will provide leadership to the team to meet program deliverables efficiently and effectively while adhering to budget and schedule. Responsibilities also include competitive benchmarking, developing technology roadmaps, and managing design changes. The role demands close collaboration across various organizational departments to ensure seamless product delivery and involves international travel.
