Cut and Strip Coax Cables b.Build Cable assemblies c.Solder Semi-Rigid Cables to PC Boards and to Fiberglass tube d. Assemble kits according to drawings e. Build antenna bases using wire and special tools f. Run tests on all cables and kits. g. Assemble kits together and complete antenna h. Foam antenna after all tests are done i. Package according to each customer's requirement. 2). Electronic Soldering and Cable Assembler with focus on Cables. Duties include the following: Cut and Strip Coax Cables and Build Cable assemblies as per drawings that includes a) Soldering and crimping connectors b) Attaching cables by Clamping or crimping connectors to cables c) Applying labels to cables d) Securing all connectors to cables e) Test cables for noise and continuity f) Test cables for Hi-Pot or shortage g) Correct cable defects after testing if any h) Packaging, sealing and labeling for shipping.
