Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team based in Irvine, California. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for processing and maintaining accurate customer credit records, as well as handling customer credit inquiries. You will also be tasked to monitor customer credit accounts and take the necessary action to collect overdue payments.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer credit applications in a precise and timely manner

• Maintain and manage accurate customer credit records

• Respond and resolve customer credit inquiries promptly

• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly

• Initiate appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments

• Assist in the coordination of annual policy renewals for benefits

• Respond to unemployment claims and coordinate leaves of absence

• Handle the onboarding process of new hires, including background checks and benefits coordination

• Process payroll through ADP for multiple companies, including annual increases and bonuses

• Handle submissions for 401K after payroll processing and prepare annual reports for 5500 filing

• Ensure ongoing safety and harassment training is currently being met and assist with annual performance review process

• Ensure legal compliance in multiple states and respond to ad-hoc requests or emergency situations.
