To ensure the daily activities of manufacturing products are completed and performed in accordance with established procedures and schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Performs mechanical assembly and packaging

• Operates automated machinery

• Completes all assigned training in timely manner

• Follows QSR and ISO 9000 quality standards

• Follows safety and hazmat procedures

• Understand and complies with emergency procedures

• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures

• Performs other duties assigned as needed

• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level

Years of Related Experience:

• Requires 1-2 years related experience

• Ability to communicate effectively

• Ability to work cooperatively with coworkers

• Verbal and written communication skills required

• Ability to perform duties in accordance with policies and procedures and in to comply civil rights requirements

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

• Must be able to lift at least 45 pounds

• This position will be performed in manufacturing environment which requires certain preparation and gowning

• practices

• Must be able to complete repetitive movements for extensive periods of time

• Required to talk and hear

• Required to walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and stoop or kneel.

• Close vision required

• Standing: Up to 70%

• Kneeling: 0-10%

• Sitting: 10-20%

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

The pay range for this position (in local currency) is 14.98 - 27.81 hourly. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
