Job Title: Cleanroom Assembler

Job Description

  • We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cleanroom Assemblers.

  • In this role, you will be responsible for assembling catheters that go into the brain to prevent aneurisms.

  • You will work primarily with a microscope, using small hand tools to assemble small pieces such as coiling wire and small tubing.

  • This position offers entry-level opportunities with comprehensive training provided.

  • 1st Shift working Monday through Saturday, 5:00am start time.

  • Currently they are hiring employees, and most will need to currently work 10 hours a day, 6 days a week. Average hours worked are 45 to 55 hours a week position.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble catheters using small hand tools and a microscope.

  • Work with small components such as coiling wire and small tubing.

  • Ensure high-quality assembly of products.

  • Adhere to cleanroom protocols and wear full gown attire.

  • Perform GDP review and work within ERP system to open and close work orders.

  • Issue materials to work orders and perform cycle counts of inventory in a cleanroom.

Essential Skills

  • Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.

  • Proficiency with small hand tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and quality.

  • Good attendance and dependability.

  • Willingness to work long hours, including 10-hour days and 6-day weeks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in medical device assembly, particularly with catheters, is preferred.

  • Skills with coil, hot box, iron soldering, UV bonding, and measuring equipment (ruler, VIS, snap gauge, calipers, micrometer) are advantageous.

  • Familiarity with working in a lab environment and not just cleanroom settings.

  • Ability to perform GDP review and work within an ERP system.

Work Environment

  • You will work in a cleanroom environment, requiring full gown attire.

  • The manager is understanding and encourages good relationships and communication among team members as long as quality work is maintained.

  • The environment is supportive and provides multiple chances for employees who demonstrate good attendance and effort.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
