Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Irvine, California. This role primarily focuses on managing tasks related to accounts payable in a busy work setting.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate data entry and management of customer information

• Efficiently processing invoices and assisting with check runs

• Utilizing software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks

• Ensuring proper coding of invoices to maintain accuracy

• Account reconciliation tasks to ensure all customer accounts are up-to-date

• Proactively monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary

• Responding to and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Ability to conduct Check Runs

• Familiarity with Coding Invoices

• Strong skills in Data Entry

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Oracle

• Experience with QuickBooks

• Familiarity with SAP
