Gogebic Community College Director of Ski Area Management in Ironwood, Michigan
The Ski Area Management Program has a distinguished history at Gogebic Community College and is a signature program with national and international recognition. The Director of Ski Area Management provides leadership, supervision, and vision of instructional programming and ski management operations. This is an exciting opportunity to maintain tradition and lead the program into the future.
This is a full-time 12-month position and the salary is $67,514. This position reports to the Vice President of Academic Services for instruction and the Vice President of Business Services for Mt. Zion Recreational Complex operations.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Agreement to pursue a bachelor's degree as a condition upon hire if not already in possession of a degree
- Ski area management experience
- Instructional or training experience
- First Aid and CPR certificates
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Two or more years of experience in ski management
- Two or more years of instructional/training experience
- PSIA certification
