As a Launch Leader, you will:

  • Lead all startup activities across different phases of project implementation including design, construction, validation, and production for all equipment and product initiatives that impact the operation.

  • Partner with the operations and engineering functions to represent and drive the key needs for equipment during the design phase, and support the core operation as your key customer for every startup.

  • Utilize a toolbox of equipment startup management tools to deliver vertical startups.

  • Lead and develop a team of talented technicians to drive out losses throughout the different project phases.

  • Manage the expense budget for operations startup

  • Lead qualification and process validation activities for new equipment.

  • Analytical skills to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

  • Ability to work effectively across departmental teams

  • Passion for learning

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products and ability to learn new systems quickly

    Education And/Or Experience

  • Associate’s degree in a relatable field required; Bachelor’s degree in relatable field preferred

  • A minimum of 1+ years’ of management and/or leadership experience preferred

  • A minimum of 2+ years’ of experience in a relatable field preferred

  • Experience with business process improvement teams and initiatives preferred

  • Knowledge of functional business processes required

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $105,000.00 - $152,000.00 / year

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
