ANNOUNCEMENT OF VACANCY
POSITION: Business Office Assistant
12 Month Contract Full-time Position
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Business Office Assistant will assist with all areas of business office functions.
Responsible for preparation of reports, assisting with accounts receivable, accounts
payable, billing and payroll duties as needed.
Position Description
QUALIFICATIONS: Associates degree preferred. Previous experience with accounts receivable, accounts
payable and payroll desired. Must be a good communicator with strong interpersonal
skills; detail oriented, organized, punctual and have the ability to multi-task. Good
computer skills and experience working with Excel and Word.
LOCATION: Iola, Kansas Campus
SALARY: Starting \$17.00/hr. Excellent benefit package available including single medical and
