Company Description: Our client is located in Maple Grove, MN - is looking to add multiple Assembler/Fabricators to their team.

Position: Assembler/Fabricator

• Will be responsible for performing electro-mechanical assembly of aircrafts and aircraft parts.

• Working independently or in small teams of 2-3

• Will be trained to perform hydraulic work and point to point wiring if not already experienced.

Open Shifts:

• 1st Shift Hours: 6:30AM-3:00PM (M-F)

• 1st Shift Hours: 6:30AM-5:00PM (M-Thur)

• 1st Shift Hours: 9:30AM-8:00PM (M-Thur)

Pay Range: $19.00-$29.00+/per hour (depends on experience) (paid weekly)

Position Type: Contract-to-hire

• Willing to consider 'Direct Placement' for high level candidates.

Qualifications:

• Must Have

• 2-3+ years of Assembly and Fabrication Experience

• 1-2+ years of experience working with large parts

• Proficient reading, interpreting, and following blue prints and schematics

• A STRONG mechanical aptitude

• Preferred:

• Aerospace Industry Experience

• Aerospace Assembler/Fabricator Experience

• Hydraulic Work

• Point-to-Point Wiring
