Job Description

Reports to Culinary Management for 310 Provisions at Intuit Dome. Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs. Maintains 310 Provisions standards and specifications related to food preparation and food handling on a daily basis. Meets with Executive Culinary Team to review assignments, anticipated business levels, changes, and other information pertinent to job performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Research seasonal ingredients and menu ideas to be presented weekly that may be incorporated into our weekly changing menus

• Record all data (recipes, weights, units of measurement, etc.) for Culinary R&D

• Proofreading manuals, documents, memos, and letters

• Organizing meetings, events, and deadlines using email.

• Must be able to enter data in reports templates

• Must be timely, and information must be organized

• Maintaining a master schedule for training, maintenance

• Update and analyze pricing updates for multiple locations

• Work in Excel in spread sheet and maintaining accuracy

Long Description

• Maintains and abides by County Health/Sanitation as well as Levy Hospitality standards.

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, both within the office and the kitchen areas.

• Knowledge of food purchasing, inventory tracking, receiving protocol.

• Conducts meetings to update staff on goals & objectives, deadlines, news, company initiatives.

• Maintains positive guest relations at all times.

• Provides efficient service and quality products by maintaining positive relations through effective communication and prudent time management practices.

• Performs other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required.

Basic Requirments

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in the contract foodservice industry, preferably in premium services, catering, and concessions environments for a sports and entertainment venue.

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment. Bi-lingual English and Spanish highly recommended.

• Must have a strong commitment to delivering a high level of customer and client service with demonstrated initiative, leadership, and management skills.

• Customer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management.

• Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
