Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Indio, California. This role is set in a fast-paced environment where you will be managing customer accounts and processing payments. Key responsibilities include:

• Processing customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Keeping customer credit records up-to-date and accurate

• Handling queries raised by customers and resolving issues promptly

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary

• Efficiently processing payments in various forms such as Cash, Check, ACH, or Credit Cards

• Ensuring daily closure of accounts, depositing checks, and processing escrows

• Utilizing various software systems including CRM, Epic Software, and ERP for managing accounting functions

• Handling cash activity and ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed

• Utilizing Jonas Club Software for managing accounts receivable and billing functions

• Coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth functioning of all accounting activities. Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary.

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is required.

• Proficiency with Epic Software is a plus.

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems is required.

• Must be able to perform various Accounting Functions effectively.

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is crucial.

• Familiarity with Billing Functions is necessary.

• Ability to handle Cash Activity efficiently is required.

• Experience in Cash Handling is a plus.

• Proficiency in Jonas Club Software is advantageous.
