Community Health Network is seeking an analyst to join our team supporting UKG Pro Workforce Management. This role has an opportunity to be a part of our information technology team assisting our business partners in improving processes as they related to our UKG solution in time keeping, scheduling and payroll. Our teams help the business leverage their technology assists and derive value from our solutions in analytics, technical innovations, and process improvement.

Ideal candidates have experience supporting UKG Pro WFM or similar UKG suites such as Kronos Workforce Management. Our solution environment current includes the UKG modules as it relates to following:

· Time keeping

· Advanced scheduling

· UKG Analytics

· Integrations with API or Boomi

Candidates with application support history or similar time keeping or scheduling solutions are also encouraged to apply.

You can expect to work alongside your team in supporting both the technical and functional needs of our caregivers as it relates to our UKG solutions. Additionally, our analysts help to ensure the data integrity, security and maintenance of our applications are supported.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or other technically relevant degree preferred.

· In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

· Four (4) or more years of application design, implementation, support, or healthcare operations experience is preferred.

· Previous experience in various business processes and applications and/or experience implementing or supporting ERP related application preferred.

· This position will work a hybrid schedule, with the expectation to come on-site weekly and/or an as needed basis.
