We're looking for a Structural Engineer in Indianapolis, IN who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Join us and you’ll have the chance to work on projects including state of the pharmaceutical facilities. You’ll be accountable for schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, as you gain familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule. You’ll also provide on-site assistance during startup, coordinate work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead. You will be part of multi-discipline, highly interactive team that will produce designs for building structures, equipment platforms, building foundation design, MPS (multiple pipe supports), and equipment/tank support systems. You will also have the opportunity to utilize your technical expertise to mentor other professionals allowing everyone to learn and grow their skills to nurture overall team engagement and improvement.

• Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structuring Engineering
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in engineering design of building structural systems
• Working knowledge of building codes
• Working proficiency in STAAD and STAAD Pro
• Work collaboratively to achieve overall project delivery goals
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT
Please note: This position is Hybrid and Onsite, ideal candidate would local to the Indianapolis Area
Ideally, you’ll also have:
• Professional Engineering License or path to obtain
• Previous leadership of structural engineers and designers
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
• Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
• Passion for buildings and construction
