General Responsibilities:

· Assist with organizing BOLs and helping outside drivers with paperwork.

· Assist with all documentation and administration of outbound shipments using multiple software tools including Microsoft Excel, SAP, and PINC.

· SAP assistance – such as systemically moving trailers, Freight Order adjustment, inventory counting, assist floor with system information to for processing.

· Maintain and develop positive business relationships with key personnel involved in or directly relevant to logistics activity.

· Assist internal logistics team and TM department in working with transport providers to maintain trailer pool and develop best shipment practices.

· Assist Customer Service with expedited shipments and FAQs.

· Utilize methods and procedures that facilitate achievement of department financial goals.

· Assist Inventory team with cycle counts, PI, SAP EWM, and other inventory maintenance when needed.

· 6s Safety Audits

· Other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications: - tickets to entry (E), preferred (P), ideal (I)

· (E) Prior experience in the Transportation/Logistics Industry or higher learning.

· (P) Previous experience using ERP software, ideally SAP

· (E) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

· (E) Capacity to communicate professionally in written and verbal format across a wide audience.

· (E) Team oriented perspective; able to work well & contribute with other points of view .

· (P) Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities.

· (P) Ability to work in self-directed manner to identify needs of the organization and/or customer.

· (P) Strong analytical skills

· (P) Superior organizational, follow-up and follow-through skills.
