As a Regional Vice President Sales, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

  • Oversees and collaborates with operational and clinical leadership to lead the development and implementation of a market assessment and strategic growth plan and reviews at regular intervals but at least quarterly.

  • Oversees and reviews data from data base system to ensure accurate territory reporting, bonus calculations, etc.

  • Drives growth by working with leadership to develop a growth culture including ensuring that growth strategies are discussed at a section of local, regional, and divisional meetings.

  • Analyzes growth, revenue, and profitability trends to ensure agency, region and division performance expectations are achieved.

  • Coordinates ongoing activities to assure knowledge of strengths and weaknesses of local and regional competitors.

  • Acts as the brand champion ensuring that operational and sales management and sales staff understand and can articulate differentiators.

  • Meets or exceeds established productivity goals, census growth and revenue goals, manages sales managers, and sales staff’s attainment of goals.

  • Promotes positive team image and inter-agency communication. Provides role modeling of teamwork, accountability, and positive attitude.

  • Assesses agencies’ performance and recommends solutions which resolve barriers and problems which are preventing successful achievement of the regional marketing goals to operational and sales leadership.

  • Recruits, interviews, and hires effective patient care coordinators and team members.

  • Conducts market assessments to develop strategic growth plan including expansion of service territory, additional locations, additional product offerings and acquisition opportunities.

  • Participates in annual budget development.

What is Required?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a field such as Business, Management, organizational development, or related field is required.

  • 5+ years sales management experience

  • 3+ years’ experience within healthcare, experience in home health or hospice is preferred.

  • Ability to travel between sites and out of state with overnight stays (less than 75%)

  • Demonstrated abilities in decision making, problem solving, employee relations and conflict resolution.

  • Exceptional communication skills to develop rapport and collaborate with all levels of customers and internal teams including C-Suite.

You will report to the Vice President Sales.
